Small Group Reformer Pilates
Improve flexibility, strengthen under-developed muscles, and improve spinal stability using the Pilates Reformer machine. In this small group setting, Valerie will guide you through core strengthening movements using the Reformer to provide both resistance and support. The Reformer improves your baseline strength and alignment while opening the door for healing and rehabilitation. Plus, you’ll walk away feeling taller and lighter! If you have an injury, are in pain, or are new the the Reformer, you’ll need to start with our Intro Reformer Class package, which includes a 1:1 Intro Reformer session and your first class.

Loo Movement Core & Mobility (Counter-shapes)
This physical therapist-inspired movement class is designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall strength. Valerie will guide you into a calm, centered state of heightened body awareness, followed by a sequence of mobility and core exercises that will reset and restore your body to improved alignment. Loo Movement is a 6-step mind-body practice that will teach you how to register and integrate positive changes into your standing posture, so that you’ll move better and can continue to participate pain-free in the activities and sports you love! In this 90-minute workshop, you will learn “Counter-shapes”, body poses that counter our habitual postures, that elongate tight muscles and strengthen underdeveloped ones.

This Traditional Chinese Medicine health practice improves the supply and flow of healing Qi energy. Valerie will guide you into a unified state of presence, followed by a sequence of physical therapist-inspired mobility exercises, to prepare the body and quiet the mind for a rejuvenating and peaceful Qigong practice. This practice can strengthen the immune and respiratory systems, lower blood pressure, and improve mood, energy, sleep, and over all well-being.
